Puppy Deposit Contract


The buyer ______________________________ agrees to place a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on the puppy of their choice. The puppy shall remain with April Canterbury “Breeder” until the puppy is at least 8 weeks old and no older than 12 weeks old unless noted in this contract.

If there is a remaining balance it must be paid in cash at pickup.

** Remaining balance must be paid off before the puppy can come home with you. Payments are accepted any time before the time the puppy is 8 weeks old. Your puppy is to be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. We also , offer the option of paying $500 of the balance at 6 weeks and pay the remainder in CASH only at day of pick up.

BUYER: I am aware that my deposit amount of $_____ is non refundable should I decide I do not want or am unable to take said puppy. If something happens to the puppy while in the breeder's care, the deposit money can be transferred to another puppy of equal value &  same color if/when available. No monetary refunds will be given.
